Be inspired by a growing movement to revive sacred Jewish rituals, including Shmirah and Tahara.

A Chevra Kadisha, "holy society", is a collective of Jewish volunteers who support families and communities by caring for loved ones in the time before burial. Community Chevra Kadisha Los Angeles (CCKLA) is dedicated to this traditional communal responsibility: bringing honor and dignity to the deceased by providing rituals that have been part of Jewish tradition for centuries.
